600 Madison Arch Viz
600 Madison Ave in NYC has retail on the ground floor and offices above. The ask was to market both programs for prospective high end fashion tenants for the ground floor retail and finance/tech tenants for the office floors above.
My Role
I led the creation of still images, branding materials, and the 360 walkthrough app for the office floors.
Inspiration for color, type, and overall feel came from the building design and materiality, and it's location in an iconic area of Manhattan
Directing architectural photography was about highlighting the areas office tenants would interact with every day.
With such a large variety of potential tenants, images had to be adapted to show specific retailers and space break downs.
