Modeled in 3ds max, rendered with VRay and Corona, and put together with Pano2VR, all of these panoramic walkthroughs were built for web apps and mobile platforms. I was in charge of art directing visualizations and putting together apps. Created at Volley Studio.
300 Banyan in Miami is a multi-use development with retail and office space. Such a large scale development needed many renderings to tell the full story and a walkthrough app to put it all together for prospective clients.
The Hudson Yards Mall is an enormous retail hot spot and seeing retailers in situ in a mobile and web app allowed leasing teams to sell more effectively.
The redesign of the 600 Madison office spaces needed many images to fully communicate the extent of the rebuild. A pano walkthrough helped people fully understand what was changing and what was on offer as leasable area.
